Sales & Business Development Manager (remote - full time)

Our growing company is looking for a talented sales manager to work closely with the founders. You will be in charge of managing our sales channels by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and working with our marketing team on lead generation. We are a small but ambitious team with big goals and we need a strong sales partner to work alongside us in achieving them. 

Who you are:

Your role:

  • Responsible for building and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across our two main sales channels: online and wholesale
  • Continue building relationships with our existing accounts and help grow our business with them while representing SORA’s values and brand
  • Analyze results and provide weekly updates and monthly reports to the team
  • Identify new potential sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the marketing and brand team to create a comprehensive and cohesive strategy across our online channels, exclusive retail partners and wholesale accounts.
  • Forecast quarterly sales in order to support buying team
  • Work closely with and provide support to our sales agencies and international distributors 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in working with international wholesale accounts (both online and offline)
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service

Copywriter and Content Planner (remote - full time)


We are looking for a motivated and creative Copywriter and Content Planner to join our SORA family!

Your role:

  • Creative writing: social media content, long form blog posts and emails, brand information and presentations 
  • Social media planning and management: use of social media scheduling apps such as Later, scheduling and layout of blog posts and emails
  • Assist in the production of campaign shoots: research, communication and execution 
  • Research: brand studies, social media trends
  • Assist marketing manager with influencer outreach 


We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience with copywriting and/or social media management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Ability to understand and absorb brand essence, brand voice and market
  • Social media savvy and updated with trends
  • Basic knowledge in photoshop or canva
  • Willingness to adapt to change and is a team player
  • Proactive self-starter with a motivated work ethic
